Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return if:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, incorrect, or missing items.

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with seals, labels, and tags intact.

You can provide proof of purchase, such as an order ID or invoice.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Opened or used cosmetic products.

Opened personal care or health products.

Products with broken seals or tampered packaging.

Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as non-returnable.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging if damaged or incorrect.

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the return is approved.

If approved, we will provide return instructions, including the pickup or shipping process.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund or replacement will be processed.

Refunds are applicable only for approved returns.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another agreed payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error, such as wrong, damaged, or defective products.

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

The wrong product was delivered.

The product was received damaged or defective.

The product is expired at the time of delivery.

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return policy.
